School Reopens!

| | TrackBacks (0)
School reopened yesterday. I got to see the people I wanted to see, as well as those I didnt want to. Anyway, now I have a free period on Monday all thanks to no more single period pe! However, double period pe sounds weird as it's some combat practice thingy.

Yesterday was also the start of the J1 term exams, GP Paper. Saw Aaron and asked him what the topic was and he said feminism. So, I decided to go ask my sister about the paper and at the same time try to impress her that I know the GP topic even before she tells me. Lame but whatever la. Ended up the topic was beauty. WTF...feminism and beauty are like totally different.

Today's lessons were quite slack for me, considering that I got released at 11am to go for the Chinese competition at Chung Cheng High. Chemistry was also freaking slack. I was like talking throughout Chemistry lesson and discussing about iPod skins. Haha. Plus, I finally got my iPod skin from Bjorn today! It's sooooo pretty! For those who are interested in iPod stuff can feel free to go to his site here. Lots of cool stuff there.

The competition today was sucky and shitty. Sucky because I practically tikam-ed(multiple choice) all the way and shitty because of the people there. The female teacher at Chung Cheng High was so rude, considering her occupation. She talked to us like we're some extras or something. Plus, instead of calling 'Excuse me, the students of ACJC...', she shouted 'ACJC!'. WTF. Where are her manners?! As if that shitty teacher wasnt enough, I turned on the tap in the toilet there and the water came splashing out. If the damn tap's spoilt, kindly put a notice there or something. Then again, the woman next to me had the same experience. Maybe all the taps are spoilt, that's why they did not bother to place notices.

Anyway, Chung Cheng High has a damn pretty school compound. Very china-flavour. I love it...except for the weird teacher.

SEF Student Forum 2005

-Took part in the SEF Student Forum 2005 today. 3 groups from SAJC and 2 groups from ACJC. No cute guys sighted though.
-Hui Jie sounds sweet when presenting.
-Thanks to hy for trying to calm me down before the presentation.
-hy and I were the only group in the division to get GOLD. Hui Jie and Eileen got SILVER.
-Think it's all because of hy that we got GOLD. :D

Since this forum is about the environment, even though our school got silver and gold award, they only gave us the trophy for gold. As SAJC's highest award is silver, they got the silver, but none for bronze. Sounds strange. The award looks cool though.

While waiting for the prize presentation to start, I was so bored that I did the survey form. And I think Mr Sim saw what I wrote...embarrassing.

At the end of forum, they asked every school for a group photo, except ACJC. Why were we left out? Maybe it's because we were too pretty...haha, like real. However, I went to ask the news-anchor-cum-judge-for-today Ms Chua Ying if I could take a photo with her. Seriously don't know where my courage came from. Anyway, she's so pretty.

Lunch provided was bad, maybe only for me. Everything was spicy. I can't eat spicy food. Considering the queue was worse than the Hello Kitty one, Hui Jie and I went to the toilet first. As she went to the toilet in the morning once, I followed her because I had no idea where it was. While starting to walk through a particular corridor, the group of SA boys seated behind us went, "That's the boys toilet!" OMG, I felt so embarrased. Plus, I had to ask them where the girls toilet was. Somehow this was very funny to them and they kept on laughing even though we've walked far...

A bit oop here, this looks so cute when you walk out from SAJC.
