Went to Mitarai on Sunday for a day trip!
Drove all the way up a mountain to have a little picnic while looking at the beautiful scenery~

What's a picnic without random worms?? Lol.
The Japanese characters for Mitarai is the same as the characters for "Otearai", which is the Japanese word for toilet...wtf. It must suck to have the surname "Mitarai" because I'm sure people will mis-pronounce it...sometimes on purpose.

It was really hot that day so we all had matcha ice-cream.
After ice-cream, we went to this place to help harvest lemons~.
I actually did manual labour!!! There were lots of mosquitoes and freaking hot but it was really fun!!!
Harvested 3 crates of lemons~. Initially we harvested only 1 crate and the guy was like "Okay, let's head back" and we were like "Already???!"...So they let us harvest more in the end.

Got to take oranges and lemons back! The oranges were humongous! Had to ask 2 other people to help me eat them...lol.
Stopped by the beach on the way home and took random pictures there.
Found a dead starfish. Peony's expression rocks~
