Havent been updating recently because I sent my VAIO for repairs and couldnt get
access to Photoshop to resize my photos....And also, I was feeling really lazy these
few days due to slacking around for way too long.
So anyway, this is what I've been doing for the month of September.
Celebrated Teacher's Day for the first time in NUS with my Korean class. We had a little party outside the Admin Block and there were cake, sweets, rice cake and random sorts of stuff. It was cool celebrating Teacher's Day because I havent done it in a long time since I-dont-know-when. So anyway, a photo of Ms Park Mihi and me.
Me, Reina and Tuanyi at one of the coffeeshops near NUS. I didnt know that the row of coffeeshops even existed and have never been there before for the whole 3 years I was in NUS...until September, and I even went there twice...wtf.
The extremely chewy and delicious mochi taiyaki filled with custard and cheese I ate at Plaza Singapura. It was really good and it's even better than the one I ate in Japan!
Went to Ikea on Saturday for dinner and there were so many people there!!! So while Lele, Hidayat and Eunsun went to queue up and buy food for us, Sufi, Fei Ting, Jay and I stayed at our table and starting taking erm...photos of our faces. Took photos of our eyes...
...ears...
...and nostrils too! wtf...
The feast!!! There were meatballs, chicken wings, bread and soup! The meatballs were sooooo good and I made myself eat 5 of them even though I was so stuffed.

After dinner, we went to Geylang and drove into those small alleys where all the prostitute houses are...so as to be a good guide to our Korean friends and show them part of Singapore! The experience was kinda scary because there were so many men and Hotel 81s. Stupid Hidayat went to wind down the window and shouted "Lai~Cheap Cheap!" and Sufi was so scared that she quickly locked the car doors and sped off. =D

At the Hari Raya Bazaar and there were like tons of people there. Couldnt even walk freely without bumping into people all around.
Queued up for Ramly Burger and had my first taste of the burger that day. It was so heavenly!!! I wonder why I've never tried it before...
So anyway, updates of my life. I got the Monbukagakusho Scholarship so I'll be in Japan for around 10months starting from this October, which is like 1.5 weeks away. Yep, gotta start finding and washing all my winter clothes...like right now. God, I hate packing for long trips.
