A day late but "Happy Birthday Singapore!!!". =D
Met up with Donna yesterday at Jurongpoint to eat at Thai Express and for some reason we ate ALOT yesterday...Surprisingly, although it was National Day, there werent many people at Jurongpoint, except for the 4D Booth in NTUC...wtf. 4D is seriously Singapore's national hobby lor!
After eating at Thai Express, we did a little shopping and after not doing much shopping in Thailand(I went to Thailand btw), I caved in and bought LOTS of stuff yesterday. In fact, I wanted to buy so much stuff that Donna had to stop me from buying at one point. Thanks Donna for helping me save money! Anyways, we took a break at Bakerzin and while we were eating, this big group of to-be university kids and army boys came in. I guessed that they were army boys because the boys had crew cuts and the girls must be students waiting for university to start classes. One of the girls kept stroking one of the guys's thigh the WHOLE time they were there...Like seriously stroking his whole thigh up and down...wtf?! The guy actually pushed her hand away a few times but she still continued. Get the hint girl!!! Stroking someone's thigh in public at 7+pm is not appropriate lor!
Donna posing for my photo at Bakerzin...although the both of us were very distracted by thigh-stroking girl.

I was kinda shocked when I saw Donna yesterday because the both of us were wearing polka dots! wtf?! What a coincidence! This proves that great minds think alike :D

They had this lets-say-the-pledge-together-at-8.22pm thing on this year's National Day so staff at Macdonalds' went around asking people if they would like to participate. They even went around handing out the pledge which was printed on papers...You mean there are Singaporeans who actually do not remember the pledge?!

Anyways, the pledge thing went quite well because many people actually participated. Singapore pride~~!!! Took a video of the event!
Felt so proud to be a Singaporean after the pledge thingy and wanted to hold a Singapore flag and take pictures but...we didnt have one. So we decided to improvise by using the red Macdonald's french fries box and white napkin...wtf. What? Cannot ar? At least we got the colours right! :D
