Had a really relaxing day today~ Slept till like 1pm today, showered, ate brunch and finally got down to doing my laundry, something that I havent been doing in like 2 weeks. Then again, it scares me that I have more than 2- weeks-change-of-clothes. How did I accumulate so many pieces of clothing?! I had to do laundry once every week when I first arrived and it slowly became once every two weeks and now it's probably once every three weeks. I guess this shows that I have too many clothes right now...damn. Spent the rest of the afternoon writing New Year cards to people who "took care" of me in Japan. I wrote like a total of 16 cards...OMG. Everything was handwritten, right down to the addresses so my hands really hurt right now.

The Christmas tree we have at home. Pretty small but everything in Japan is small lo. Haha.

Today's dinner. As it's Christmas Eve today, we had like chicken, with the bone attached. Apparently most Japanese eat chicken on Christmas, not because they like it but because there's this image of eating chicken on Christmas...wtf. I dont get it. Okay, maybe not most Japanese but at least the Japanese I know here do so. In fact, I'm going for a KFC party tomorrow...Haha.
We had grilled salmon, fried prawns with assorted capsicums topped with lots of mayonnaise, potato salad topped with cucumbers, tomatoes, olives, ham and smoked salmon and of course, chicken~. Since I didnt really eat lunch today, I practically gobbled up everything. I went for second helpings for the salad...loved it so much.

Christmas cake that my host mother made. I liked that the cake wasnt too sweet. She kept asking me if I wanted more whipped cream because she was afraid that it wasnt sweet enough. Haha.

I dont believe this but I ate such a large slice of cake today. Oh, and did I mention that I ate cake from C-cube as well during tea-time? Aah, ate too much today. Have been drinking a lot as well recently...shit...I dread weighing myself. =(

Two more hours to Christmas!!! Japan time~ =D
